As part of our team, you'll work with companies that don't just talk about transformation – companies ready to realign their structures, decisions and responsibilities so that data and artificial intelligence deliver real impact. You help them create exactly the right conditions to make that happen.

Responsibilities

How you can shape tomorrow's world.

  • You develop the strategies our clients use to reach their business goals through the targeted deployment of data and AI.
  • You analyse existing business strategies, processes and structures and show where and how data and artificial intelligence demonstrably create business value.
  • You identify high-impact areas for data- and AI-driven innovation and help describe use cases in concrete terms, prioritise them and assess their ROI.
  • You structure complex questions, translate them into clearly prioritised actions and develop roadmaps that can actually be delivered.
  • You design organisation and governance models that enable and anchor the targeted use of data and AI even in decentralised structures.
Skillset

What sets you apart.

  • You have several years of experience in developing business strategies or in organisational development – ideally in the context of data or digital strategies – from (in-house) consulting.
  • You bring a well-grounded consulting toolkit – from strategic and conceptual work through project management and stakeholder communication.
  • You have an overview of the relevant use cases for data & AI in enterprises and can assess use cases in a targeted way for their impact and the business value they create.
  • You work independently, stay solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team – always with the ambition of enabling real progress.
  • You speak and write German fluently at a C1 level.
