Our answer
Together with Porsche, we laid the foundation for the shift from a project-oriented IT to an agile, product-oriented and cross-functionally integrated organisation. The entire IT portfolio, including digital customer solutions, will in future be organised along value streams. The delivery and operations organisation works in a product-oriented way based on SAFe, extended with Porsche-specific elements, with DevOps wherever in-house value creation is high, and a decentralised architecture model with strong central governance.
