Establishing a program organization for the global rollout of an AI software solution.

Artificial intelligence is often used to make predictions. Predictions about the behavior of customers based on a variety of data. Only what is done with these predictions leads to the actual effect for the company. Especially in sales, a rollout to the individual markets and regions is therefore inevitable. On the one hand, the data basis differs, but above all, the translation of the insight from the AI predictions into suitable measures is very individual. 

The goal of the project was to establish a program organization and program management for the global rollout of an AI-based analytics solution and methods to derive suitable measures in sales from the predictions. The aim was to establish processes that provide sufficient support for the markets in the use of the analytics solution and allow information and experience to flow back into the further development of the AI solution and the toolbox of methods.
